As we believe in providing a safe and comfortable experience for your pets I will not dematt full bodies, large areas or pelted coats. 

$25 minimum fee for matted dogs added to regular grooming prices. Matted dogs take More care for safe removal, it is harder on my body and much harder on my equipment. 

If your pet allows, I provide a complimentary photograph after each groom. It is not a guarantee and it is not included in the price. I do not offer grooming discounts if I cannot get a picture.
