Jeneh and Edris are currently accepting new clients under 40 pounds. Clients above 40 pounds will be accepted in the fall. 

I am available to book appointment during business hours. If you’ve contacted me outside of Buisness hours i will get back to you the next business day. 

I offer Drop off and Pick up grooming services. If you would like to wait in your car there is a large green belt across from my house. Please do not block the front of my house if you choose to wait in case other clients are dropping off or picking up.

For the safety of your pet I do not allow pet parents to stay inside with their pets. 

Small breeds take approximately 1 hour depending on haircut needs and behavior.  

As we do not have the space to offer extended stays we do ask that pets be picked up in a timely manner. If you cannot pickup your pet within 30min please discuss before drop off. All pets must be picked up by closing or there will be additional fees. 

We accept breeds 30pounds and under. Some restrictions may apply. 

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Cash! No checks Please. 

For the safety of your pet s/he will be kenneled after the grooming is complete and s/he is awaiting pick up.

Please come to the front door. Allow us a min or two to meet you after you ring the doorbell. To be curious of pets who may be waiting please arrive at your appointment time. 

If you have arrived early please wait until your appt time to not interrupt prior appts and break times.

We will accommodate late arrivals when we can upto 10 minutes passed your booked time. If you are going to be late please let us know. If we havent heard from you and/or it’s been 10 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will automatically be canceled and there will be a $25 fee to rebook.

No call No show appointments will be charged $25 to rebook plus a nonrefundable deposit towards your appointment. 

Yes. Please allow 48 hours to cancel your pets appointment to avoid a $25 rescheduling fee.

No, please call/text to reschedule your appointment. 

No, but I would be happy to help you find a groomer who can accommodate your pets needs.

Aggressive pets will be sent home. 

If your pet has fleas or is infested with ticks I do ask they be treated before their appointment. Infested pets will be sent home. I will remove mild ticks as needed. 

Yes, I offer maternity grooming until 2 weeks before the due date.
