Small breeds take approximately 1 hour depending on haircut needs and behavior.  

As we do not have the space to offer extended stays we do ask that pets be picked up in a timely manner. If you cannot pickup your pet within 30min please discuss before drop off. All pets must be picked up by closing or there will be additional fees. 

Yes we are accepting all dog breeds. 

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Cash! No checks Please. 

For the safety of your pet s/he will be kenneled after the grooming is complete and s/he is awaiting pick up.

Please wait until your appointment time to arrive. We open at 7:30am and will not accept early arrivals before opening. 

We allow 10 minutes for late arrivals or your appointment will be canceled and there will be a rebooking fee.

No call No shows will have to pay a fee and deposit to rebook.

Yes. Please allow 24 hours to cancel your pets appointment to avoid a $25 rescheduling fee.

Pets that need special attention due to behavior are based on the pet's direct needs. We can set up a call to discuss your pet's needs prior to booking. We will always do everything we can to complete a groom as long as the pet's health and safety are not in jeopardy. 

If your pet has fleas or is infested with ticks I do ask they be treated before their appointment. Infested pets will be sent home. I will remove mild ticks as needed. 

Yes, I offer maternity grooming until 2 weeks before the due date.
